5 Panel Rapid Drug Screen (Saliva)

The 5 Panel Rapid Drug Screen (Saliva) will qualitatively identify the presence or absence of five (5) different classes of commonly abused or misused drugs or their metabolites. This test is only to be used for drug screening purposes. All positive results are considered presumptive and should not be interpreted as definitive evidence of substance use unless additional laboratory-based testing is conducted. Confirmation of some presumptively positive rapid drug test results by an independent laboratory is available, if necessary. Due to specimen volume limitations, an additional saliva specimen may need to be collected as well. In the event that a laboratory confirmation is not available in saliva, a urine specimen should be collected and submitted for confirmatory testing instead. Additional charges for laboratory confirmations apply.

The detection window of drugs in saliva varies based on the drug and on the donor’s individual biochemistry. On average, most drugs are detectable in saliva for approximately 24 hours after the most recent use or exposure. Some drugs may be detectable for as long as 48 hours. Only a confirmed positive result for a drug or drug metabolite can be considered evidence of recent use or exposure.

This rapid drug screen requires a standard saliva that can be collected at the Any Lab Test Now store location of your choice.
